Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into our contact, booking, course request or proposal forms: usually your name, organisation, phone, email, the course or service you are interested in, dates, number of people and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and your IP address to stop spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, confirm a booking and issue certificates. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing.
Where it goes
Form messages are emailed to hello@pnifa.com.pk through our website host, Hostinger. If you choose WhatsApp, the message is sent through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Training records and certificates are kept for as long as clients or regulators may need to verify them.
Your choices
Email hello@pnifa.com.pk to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We reply within five working days.
